We finally decided to gut our old, rusty iron patio set and go for something more modern and comfortable. I have to give credit to whoever wrote their assembly manual. It was actually easy to follow! My husband and I spent about 3 hours on a Saturday morning putting everything together. The pieces are labeled perfectly. The sofa is incredibly sturdy, and that swivel recliner... well, that’s my husband’s new throne. The cushions are so thick (6 inches for real!) and they don't flatten out. I especially love the coffee table and side table. They have these beautiful metal slats that look exactly like real wood but without the maintenance of staining or rotting. The wicker wrapping around the table base gives it such a high-end, finished look. We also bought the matching rain covers, and they fit like a glove—very heavy-duty material. Last night we had our first glass of wine out there and it felt like we were at a 5-star resort. Best anniversary gift ever!

I don't usually write long reviews, but I had to share my experience with Velscape. I ordered two chairs for our back patio. When the delivery arrived, one of the boxes was severely damaged, and unfortunately, the metal frame of the base was slightly bent. I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to these all week.

I emailed their customer service late on a Friday evening, expecting to hear back on Monday or Tuesday. To my surprise, I got a reply from a representative named Jennifer within an hour! She apologized profusely and asked for a few photos of the damage. By Saturday morning, she had already processed a shipment for a brand new base. No hassle, no arguing, no having to ship the broken heavy part back. It arrived on Tuesday and was perfect. That is how you run a business!

Now, the chairs... WOW. They are so incredibly comfy. That 6-inch cushion is like sitting on a marshmallow that actually supports you. My husband has chronic back issues from years of heavy lifting, and this is the only chair he can sit in for more than 30 minutes without pain. The high back is a lifesaver for him. We love the swivel and glide features—it makes the patio feel like a luxury resort. Even though we had a small hiccup with the shipping damage, the way they handled it made me a customer for life. I’m already planning to buy the matching table and maybe the sofa set next spring. Don't hesitate to buy from this company. They truly stand behind their products!

I’m 70 years young, and retired life is all about finding the best spot to nap. I’ve tried hammock, bean bags, and expensive loungers, but this Velscape chair is the winner by a landslide. What I love most is the silence. Most chairs start to squeak after a week of use, especially when you’re a guy my size. But the swivel on this thing is dead quiet. I can turn around to grab my coffee from the side table without waking up my sleeping dog, Buster, who’s usually right at my feet.
