Fulfillment & Return Notice for US Customers: All our high-end outdoor products are shipped and serviced from our warehouse in the United States. 

Authorized returns are sent to a designated U.S. warehouse; no international return shipment is required. Change-of-mind returns require unopened original packaging and are subject to a 40% deduction (10% logistics + 30% handling), with a 60% merchandise refund. No additional standard return shipping charge applies when using our confirmed method. Quality issues, damage, wrong items and missing parts are reviewed separately under our Refund & Returns Policy. New terms do not add fees or restrictions to earlier orders.
