We provide Free Economy Shipping on all orders.

Delivery Time
In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products will be shipped from the warehouse on the second business day after the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
Pre-Order Items: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship according to the estimated arrival window displayed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and subject to change due to international logistics or production schedules. We will notify you via email of any significant updates regarding your pre-order status.
Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready. If you would like the in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place separate orders.
The warehouse does not operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments.
Pre-Order Terms & Payment
To secure your production slot for our furniture, payment for pre-order items is captured in full at the time of purchase. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an item has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.
Shipping Method
Due to the size of our items, we only support FedEx standard shipping. Expedited services such as overnight delivery are not available.
Standard delivery is "Curbside Delivery" only. Carriers will not bring items inside your home or handle assembly unless "White-Glove" service is pre-arranged.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect the packaging before signing. If there is visible damage, please take photos and note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt.

Delivery Area
We only deliver to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
Due to high shipping costs for large boxes, we do not currently support delivery to Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions.
