If the price of the same eligible item is reduced on Velscape.com within 14 calendar days after your purchase, contact us and we will refund the eligible price difference to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- The item must have been purchased directly from Velscape.com.
- The lower price must become available within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Your request must be submitted while the lower price or promotion is still available.
- The item must be the same product, configuration, color, and quantity.
- The order must be paid and must not have been canceled or fully refunded.
How the price adjustment is calculated
We compare the net item price paid on the original order, after any eligible discounts, with the current eligible price on Velscape.com. If the current eligible price is lower, we will refund the difference. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Each eligible item may receive one price adjustment.
Exclusions
Price adjustments do not apply to:
- Prices offered by Amazon, Walmart, or any other third-party retailer or marketplace.
- Welcome offers, member offers, personalized offers, discount codes, or other promotions that cannot be combined with the current offer.
- Gift cards, shipping charges, taxes, protection plans, wholesale orders, or custom-quoted orders.
- Clearance or final-sale items, expired promotions, or obvious pricing errors.
- Requests made after the 14-day eligibility period.
Promotional gifts
This policy applies only to reductions in the item price. Free promotional gifts cannot be added retroactively and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or an additional discount.
How to request a price adjustment
Email support@velscape.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. We may request additional information to verify eligibility.
Refund timing
Approved price adjustments are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional terms
Velscape reserves the right to verify requests, decline fraudulent or abusive claims, and modify or end this policy as permitted by applicable law. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
