Free Economy Shipping is available on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
- In-stock items typically leave our Los Angeles warehouse within 2 business days.
- Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days from the date of purchase.
- Large furniture ships by FedEx standard curbside delivery. Expedited and in-home delivery are not included.
- No signature is required for delivery. FedEx may leave packages at your delivery address without obtaining a signature.
- Pre-order timing is shown on the product page. If an order includes a pre-order item, nothing in that order will ship until every item is ready. Large furniture orders may still arrive in multiple boxes with different tracking numbers.
Returns & Refunds
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery (the last package for the same item or set). Items must remain unopened in their original packaging, unused and unassembled, with all packaging and accessories complete.
- A 40% deduction applies: 10% logistics + 30% handling. The merchandise refund is 60% of the discounted item price, excluding tax. No additional standard return shipping charge applies when using our confirmed method.
- Contact support@velscape.com for authorization before returning anything. Quality issues, wrong items and missing parts are reviewed separately.
- Transit damage: keep photos and packaging. With Seel, file a claim, usually within 7 days; your confirmation controls. Without Seel or unsure, email support promptly, ideally within 48 hours.
- After a refund is issued, bank processing may take an additional 7–10 business days.
New terms do not add fees or restrictions to earlier orders.

Velscape provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use when the product is assembled, operated and maintained according to its instructions.
- Covered components: frames, tables, rattan panels, cushion covers and filling, springs, recliner mechanisms and metal finishes. Coverage applies to material or manufacturing defects.
- Not covered: natural fading, ordinary wear, and normal cushion softening, compression or seating impressions. Minor surface rust that develops gradually and affects appearance only is a maintenance issue and does not automatically qualify for replacement.
- How we help: depending on the issue, we may provide guidance, replacement parts, agreed repair assistance or replacement of the affected component.
For warranty support, email support@velscape.com with your order number, a description of the issue and when you first noticed it, together with clear photos or a short video.

I purchased an extra side table so each of my recliners could have one next to it. It has worked out very well. The tables are sturdy and appear to be durable for long lasting use.
