Free Economy Shipping is available on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
- In-stock items typically leave our Los Angeles warehouse within 2 business days.
- Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days from the date of purchase.
- Large furniture ships by FedEx standard curbside delivery. Expedited and in-home delivery are not included.
- Pre-order timing is shown on the product page. If an order includes a pre-order item, nothing in that order will ship until every item is ready. Large furniture orders may still arrive in multiple boxes with different tracking numbers.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
- If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange replacement parts or a replacement unit.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2-Year Limited Warranty
Velscape provides a 2-Year Limited Structural Warranty from the date of purchase.
- Frame and mechanism: manufacturing defects in the aluminum frame and 3-in-1 motion mechanism.
- Rattan weave: significant fading or unravelling under normal residential use.
- Fabric: seam failure and significant fading, excluding normal wear and tear.
