They went together quickly, only complaint is the foot’s rest are hell to lock back into place after use!

We could not be happier with our 3 piece beige resort patio wicker swivel glider recliner set. Assembly was relatively easy and intuitive. The chairs are comfortable and our a great addition to our enclosed porch. Would recommend to any one thinking about adding these pieces to their home.

Seldom does something purchased online arrive even more impressive in real life than as advertised, but these chairs and little table did - they are lovely! This porch furniture is indoor furniture quality. I was surprised and impressed with the precision of manufacture and with how helpfully all of the small hardware was packaged and labeled, with clear instructions and extra pieces - even a ratcheting Allen wrench to use for assembly. The very first time I leaned back in the completed chair, it felt so comfortable I did not want to get up! My wife and I love relaxing in this Velscape furniture on our screened porch, and highly recommend it.

I had been looking for some time to find an outdoor chair that reclined, rocked and swiveled. These chairs to everything I wanted. They are very well made and I love the thick seat cushion. It took about an hour to put the first chair together but only about 20 min for the second. I was able to do it alone. The table is also well made and sturdy.
I would highly recommend this set. It’s well worth the money.

We ordered a 3 piece glider recliner set to use on our lanai. We absolutely love the set and plan to use it forever. I have back issues and these thick cushions are just what I needed. For that reason we ordered an extra set, now stored for future use on our chairs.

I really like my new outdoor wicker, recliner, very comfortable. Nice firm, cushion and the support in the. Reclining, position for the back. I'm not sure if it's gonna last. It feels like if I sit here a while that it will creep backwards.

I just love my chair. Once I mastered how to put it together it was all fun and leisure.

We ordered the two recliners with the matching side table, and we couldn’t be happier with them. The brown wicker has a really nice texture, and the beige cushions look much more polished in person than they did online. The chairs are comfortable right away—firm enough to feel supportive but still easy to relax in. The recline function is smooth, and the footrest comes up easily without needing to force it. The little table is a great addition too; it’s the perfect spot for a drink, phone, or book. Everything feels sturdy and well made, and the set has a clean, classic look.

I am impressed at how well made the pieces were that required assembly, fitting together nicely. It does require a couple of hours per chair to unpack and assemble. The boxes they were shipped in were almost totally destroyed upon arrival, but luckily nothing broken. The chairs are comfortable to sit and recline in. The foot rest and back rest are spring loaded and require a push to recline and to return the foot rest. All in all, I would purchase again.

Exceptional value for money. Similar chairs set at high-end boutiques go for $1800+. The fabric feels premium and weather-resistant.

I don't usually write long reviews, but I had to share my experience with Velscape. I ordered two chairs for our back patio. When the delivery arrived, one of the boxes was severely damaged, and unfortunately, the metal frame of the base was slightly bent. I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to these all week.

I emailed their customer service late on a Friday evening, expecting to hear back on Monday or Tuesday. To my surprise, I got a reply from a representative named Jennifer within an hour! She apologized profusely and asked for a few photos of the damage. By Saturday morning, she had already processed a shipment for a brand new base. No hassle, no arguing, no having to ship the broken heavy part back. It arrived on Tuesday and was perfect. That is how you run a business!

Now, the chairs... WOW. They are so incredibly comfy. That 6-inch cushion is like sitting on a marshmallow that actually supports you. My husband has chronic back issues from years of heavy lifting, and this is the only chair he can sit in for more than 30 minutes without pain. The high back is a lifesaver for him. We love the swivel and glide features—it makes the patio feel like a luxury resort. Even though we had a small hiccup with the shipping damage, the way they handled it made me a customer for life. I’m already planning to buy the matching table and maybe the sofa set next spring. Don't hesitate to buy from this company. They truly stand behind their products!
