Great chair! Very comfortable! When the chair originally arrived, a part of it was damaged. After a very pleasant conversation with your representative I was sent a new piece that was a replacement !! No problem, no hesitation. Great customer service! A new part arrived recently and the chair is now together! Would definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for a nice comfortable recliner, rocker, swivel chair for their patio or lanai.

We love our recliners! I never expected outdoor furniture to be this comfortable. The headrest and lumbar portion of the seat padding hit in just the right places. The foot rest is comfortable and firm. I have some joint disabilities and was concerned that I might not be able to push the foot rest down hard enough to close it. Velscape customer service quickly responded that putting the foot rest down did take a bit of effort. I was able to arrange to purchase an ottoman to use in case the foot rest was too tight. So far I haven’t needed it but it’s there just in case. This is a great company with five star customer service and outdoor furniture that feels like your comfiest indoor chair.

Well packed and easy to assemble! So far so good. My only concern is the pull mechanism, would of liked to see a heavier wire being used as I fear over time it will break.

Can’t wait for our patio to be finished so we can enjoy our new Velscape chairs and table! We are very happy with the quality and comfort of the swivel/rocker/recliners. Instructions were clear and my husband and I, who are in our late 60s, worked together and surprisingly had them assembled quite quickly and easily. We tried chairs from a competitor that looked nearly identical on-line but the quality, especially of the cushions, was much inferior to these Velscape chairs. The competitor’s cushions had much less support and looked rather sloppy from the get go. Velscape may be slightly higher in price but the quality is much better.

Shipping was fast, damaged base arrived, but was replaced fast and it is all put together and great quality and comfortable to sit on!

The chairs and table are very solidly engineered and relatively easy to put together. First chair took me about 45 minutes, the second one took about 25 the table took less than 10 minutes. We have allowed the foam in each of the chairs to expand well over 48 hours. I feel that the seat is a little on the hard side. We have ordered 1 inch memory foam pads to go under each seat and that should help as these chairs will be used in an outdoor living area (that is still in progress) and we will likely sit in them for several hours at a time. Therefore comfort is really important.

Product is awesome. A little time to put together but sits great, swivels and reclines with no trouble. May order a 2nd one soon.

Easy to put together. The bottom cushion perfect! I thought back cushion could be a little more plump. The backing wasn’t snug. Hopefully shows. The foot rest was a little defected. Velcro on one side was backwards. All in all I think this recliner is comfy.

Hard to lock the footrest down

They went together quickly, only complaint is the foot’s rest are hell to lock back into place after use!

We could not be happier with our 3 piece beige resort patio wicker swivel glider recliner set. Assembly was relatively easy and intuitive. The chairs are comfortable and our a great addition to our enclosed porch. Would recommend to any one thinking about adding these pieces to their home.

Our order came quickly. Took about a half hour per chair to put together. Chairs are very comfortable and nice looking. We are very happy with our purchase.

Seldom does something purchased online arrive even more impressive in real life than as advertised, but these chairs and little table did - they are lovely! This porch furniture is indoor furniture quality. I was surprised and impressed with the precision of manufacture and with how helpfully all of the small hardware was packaged and labeled, with clear instructions and extra pieces - even a ratcheting Allen wrench to use for assembly. The very first time I leaned back in the completed chair, it felt so comfortable I did not want to get up! My wife and I love relaxing in this Velscape furniture on our screened porch, and highly recommend it.

I had been looking for some time to find an outdoor chair that reclined, rocked and swiveled. These chairs to everything I wanted. They are very well made and I love the thick seat cushion. It took about an hour to put the first chair together but only about 20 min for the second. I was able to do it alone. The table is also well made and sturdy.
I would highly recommend this set. It’s well worth the money.

I really like my new outdoor wicker, recliner, very comfortable. Nice firm, cushion and the support in the. Reclining, position for the back. I'm not sure if it's gonna last. It feels like if I sit here a while that it will creep backwards.

I just love my chair. Once I mastered how to put it together it was all fun and leisure.

We ordered the two recliners with the matching side table, and we couldn’t be happier with them. The brown wicker has a really nice texture, and the beige cushions look much more polished in person than they did online. The chairs are comfortable right away—firm enough to feel supportive but still easy to relax in. The recline function is smooth, and the footrest comes up easily without needing to force it. The little table is a great addition too; it’s the perfect spot for a drink, phone, or book. Everything feels sturdy and well made, and the set has a clean, classic look.
